What we collect. When you register for an event or expo, or send us a message, we collect the details you submit — name, email, phone number, organisation, and any notes you add. We do not collect this information any other way.
How we use it. Registration details are shared with the organiser of that specific event so they can manage attendance, and are used by DevRhylme to send you updates about that event. Contact form messages are used only to respond to you.
How it's stored. Submissions are stored in our database, accessible only through a password-protected admin panel used by the DevRhylme team. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.
Sharing with clients. When an organiser needs to review who has registered for their event, we may generate a private, unlisted dashboard link showing that event's registrants. These links are not indexed or discoverable, and are only shared directly with the relevant organiser.
Third-party links. Community links (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) and our newsletter (Substack) are operated by those platforms under their own privacy policies once you interact with them.
Your choices. You can ask us to remove your registration or contact data at any time by writing to contact@devrhylme.org.
Cookies. This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. A single secure cookie is used to keep an administrator signed in to the admin panel — it is never set for regular visitors.
